When is the best time to book?
We recommend booking 2 to 3 months in advance. If your event is coming up sooner, you can still send a request 3 to 4 weeks ahead of time.
How many drinks can you pour an hour?
One cart with two baristas pours about 80 to 100 drinks an hour.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We send an invoice with payment options included, and payment is due before your event. We can also send a W-9 and certificate of insurance for your vendor setup.
Can you set up indoors at a hotel or convention center?
Yes. Loading docks, freight elevators, credentialed check-ins, strict venue rules. We plan around all of it with your venue ahead of time.
Do you offer recurring office service?
Yes. Weekly or monthly coffee days are some of our favorite events. Ask about a standing schedule.

How far ahead should we reserve?
Most couples reserve 6 to 12 months out. Spring and fall Saturdays in Scottsdale fill first, so ask early even if you're still deciding.
Will you work with our planner?
Happily. We coordinate timing, placement, and power straight with your planner and venue, so you don't have to relay anything.
Our venue is outdoors in the desert. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Tell us about power and shade, and we'll plan the setup. In the warm months, we lean into an iced menu.
Can our drinks be named after us?
Yes. That's one of our favorite parts. We'll build it with you and put it on a menu sign in your colors.

Our Story
Five years in coffee. One obsession.
Five years of roasting, brewing, and studying coffee. Every brew method, every process, and beans from growing regions around the world, down to their tasting notes. Bloom Coffee Roasters, est. 2024.
A note from the founder
It started at the Grand Canyon. After a hike with my dad, I had my first cup of black coffee and thought, this actually isn't that bad. Not long after, he took me to a coffee shop downtown that made pour-over coffee, and that cup changed everything. I had no idea coffee could taste like that. By 12, I was hooked and wanted to know why one cup tasted so different from the next, so I started studying it: how to roast, how to brew, and every method in between.
At 15, I started Bloom by roasting coffee and selling the beans. Then at 16, a chance came up to serve an 800-person conference. I knew I had to pull it off, so I bought my first cart. That was the day it became real, and I brought one stubborn idea with me: event coffee shouldn't taste like event coffee.
The name comes from the bloom, the moment hot water first hits fresh grounds and the coffee rises and opens up. The longer I thought about it, the more it meant. Coffee can't bloom on its own. It needs the water, the heat, and the right hands. People are the same. Nobody grows alone. We grow through the people around us, the community that shows up for us and pushes us forward. So Bloom became more than a coffee word. It's a reminder that we bloom together.
Those years also taught me what coffee says at an event. When a company invests in a conference, a couple plans their wedding, or a brand builds an activation, every detail speaks for them. Coffee is one of the few things every guest holds in their hand. When it's done right, it tells them someone cared, and that's what they remember about you.
Now we continue to roast our own single-origin beans, run a full crew, and pour for events every month across the Valley. The idea hasn't changed.
Every event we pour for becomes part of our story, and we get to become part of yours. That's what we mean by We Bloom Together.

Booking
How far ahead should we reserve?
For weddings and large conferences, 3 to 12 months out. Spring and fall weekends fill first. For smaller events, a few weeks is often enough, so ask anyway.
How do we hold our date?
A signed agreement and a deposit reserve it. The balance is due before your event, and your proposal lists every number up front.
What if our date or headcount changes?
Tell us as soon as you know. Headcount changes are easy. Date changes depend on our calendar, and we'll always try to make it work.

The day of
How much space and power do you need?
About a 10-by-10-foot area and one standard outlet within 50 feet. No outlet nearby? Tell us. We've set up on golf courses and in parking lots.
Can you work indoors, at resorts, and in convention centers?
Yes. Loading docks, freight elevators, credentialed check-ins, strict venue rules. We've done all of it.
Are you insured?
Yes. We'll send a certificate of insurance to your venue and can name them as additionally insured if they need it.
How many guests can one cart handle?
One cart with two baristas pours about 80 to 100 drinks an hour. For bigger crowds, we plan the menu and the timing with you ahead of time so the line keeps moving.
What if the event runs long?
We'll stay. Extra time is billed by the half hour, and we'll check with you before we go past what you reserved.
Do you travel outside Phoenix?
We cover the whole Valley. Beyond it, whether that's Tucson, Sedona, or Flagstaff, we travel with a fee that's listed in your proposal.

Menu & branding
Do you have dairy-free options?
Oat and almond milk come standard. Tell us about any other allergies and we'll plan around them.
Can you brand the cart, cups, and latte art?
Yes. Logo latte art, printed cups and sleeves, menu signs, and full cart wraps. Printed items need about three to four weeks.
Do you serve decaf, tea, and drinks for kids?
Decaf, chai, matcha, tea, and hot chocolate are all on the menu.

How is pricing set?

Is there a minimum?
Yes. Events start at a two-hour minimum, and your quote shows exactly what's included.
Is gratuity included?
It's optional. If you'd like to include it, we'll add it to your invoice so you don't have to think about it on the day.
